GOD'S LITTLE CRITTERS SCHEDULING & SERVICE PROCEDURES
1) There is an additional $1.75/per one-way mile fee from our address to your event address up to 65 miles. 66+ miles is a $2.25 per mile roundtrip mileage fee.
2) We require a minimum $200 nonrefundable Reservation Fee to hold date and time by VENMO...@Gina-Robinson-214. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A "PURCHASES" PAYMENT REFERENCED AS "TURN ON FOR PAYMENT" and, if paid by "purchases," we will return the payment made minus the fees charged to us by VENMO. Reservation fee is the charge for our service of holding date and time only and will be applied to total due if event takes place as scheduled.
If event is scheduled for more than the 2 hour minimum, an additional $100 per service, per hour, is required.
3) Date and time WILL NOT be held until Reservation Fee is paid. NO EXCEPTIONS!
4) Our Service Agreement must be received signed and dated by Eventholder no later than the date specified in the Service Agreement; if not received, Eventholder will be removed from our calendar, our services will not be provided and the nonrefundable reservation fee will be forfeited by Eventholder for the time held by God's Little Critters while waiting to receive the signed Service Agreement.
5) Balance is due upon our arrival in cash only (businesses, schools, cities and churches may pay by check). WE WILL NOT BEGIN SET-UP UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. IF WE BEGIN LATE DUE TO DELAY IN RECEIVING PAYMENT IN FULL, WE WILL STILL END AT THE CONTRACTED TIME.
6) We ask for set-up area to be ON GRASS ONLY and no more than***20 FEET***from our provided parking area. We do clean up after our animals.
7) CHURCHES & BUSINESSES - ADD'L PAPERWORK REQUESTED OF US OTHER THAN OUR SERVICE AGREEMENT/INVOICE REQUIRES A $150 PAPERWORK FEE PAID BEFORE COMPLETING AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUEST.
